How do you earn the Neopoints you sell?
Mostly by restocking in the main shops since they provide the greatest profit but we also earn a lot of NP by finding underpriced auctions and trades, as well as items from the shop wizard.

How will I get the Neopoints delivered to my account?
There are several ways we can deliver your Neopoints to you.
The best and most common way is through the Trading Post located on Mystery Island. The maximum bid allowed on a trade is 800,000 Neopoints so create an appropriate number of trades based on your purchase amount.
Neopian auctions are another way to transfer the Neopoints to you.
When using trades we recommend trades that total less than 800,000 NP to risk drawing more attention to the trade.
If you have a shop and your order is not over 1,000,000 Neopoints, place items in your shop for 99,999 and we will purchase those items.
If there is an item you would like, we can purchase the item and send it to your account, and use any of the methods above to deliver any remaining Neopoints if the item price was less than what you paid for.

How do I go about buying the Neopoints?
From our buy neopoints page, choose the amount you would like to buy. The quantity is listed with the price and buy link below it. Clicking the buy link will take you to PayPal where you can login to your account or pay by credit card. Once the purchase is completed we are notified and will do the trade as soon as we see it.

How do I tell you what account I want the Neopoints on and how I want to get them?
During the checkout process, you will be presented with a field requesting additional information including your account name and delivery method. Filling this information in properly and clearly will ensure the quickest and smoothest transaction possible, so please do your best to give us accurate information that is clear and easy to understand.

How soon can I have my newly purchased NP?
If you have provided us with all the necessary information during your purchase you should have your Neopoints within 24 hours, but usually much sooner. Delivery times will vary depending on the time of your order. If we do not have the full amount at the time of your order we will notify you and do our best to fulfill the entire order as soon as possible. We can also provide you with a partial refund for the amount not received.

Will your prices remain the same all the time?
Not necessarily, because demand changes and ease of earning Neopoints can easily change as well, our prices may shift at any time to help maintain a balance between supply and demand.

What if I am worried about my privacy?
Because we use PayPal and do not require a shipping address, your information is kept private and we do not have access to your personal information. We will never reveal your Neopets account details to anyone under any circumstances. We want to have your return business so your safety and satisfaction is our main concern.

Can I trust buying from you?
Absolutely! We are a PayPal Verified Business Account Holder which confirms our identity and status as a legitimate seller. Be careful of unverified accounts that are outside of the U.S. and relatively young.

I have Neopoints for sale, can I sell Neopoints to you?
To keep the accounts of our customers safe we do not buy Neopoints from anyone. Beware of sites that do buy NP because points coming from an untrusted source can lead to having your account frozen if the points were earned from selling goods purchased with autobuyers or points that were earned in another way that violates the rules of Neopets.

Do you have a return policy?
Once your Neopoints have been delivered, your purchase cannot be refunded or returned. If for some reason you change your mind prior to receiving your NP, please notify us as soon as possible and we can return 100% of your money. If we cannot deliver the entire bulk of your order, we will give you the option to have a partial refund for the Neopoints not received.

I placed an order but your haven't contacted me yet. Are you there?
If you did not receive a confirmation from PayPal and our site immediately after your order then something went wrong and you should check your account to make sure the transaction went through. If the transaction was successful you should have received an email from our website confirming your order. Check your junk folder and make sure it was not moved there. Please contact us if there were any problems with your order. We check every day but if you did not get our confirmation our system may not have logged the order.

Will I get frozen from buying your Neopoints?
Neopets has become very vigilant over offsite trading of their items and Neopoints for money so there always is a possibility of this, however, we do everything we can to ensure a safe transaction. If you do get frozen due to buying from us, we cannot refund your money. So make sure to have us transfer the Neopoints to a side account so you don\t risk your main account.
